Adriatic Star
A resort sold from renders two years before the first guest.
Aurea builds hotels and residences on the Montenegrin coast. Adriatic Star is a resort above a private bay near Petrovac: 475 units, a marina and a beach club.
When we started there was a plot, a permit and an investor list. There was nothing a buyer could look at.
The renders stood in for photography that couldn’t exist yet
Aerials at night, the pool at dusk, a villa on the cliff. The same twenty frames went into the deck, the site, the hoarding and the stand at the property fair.

One mark for a key card and a twenty-metre fence
The house-shaped A had to survive embossing, a construction hoarding and a favicon. One weight, one colour, no gradient.

A site for buyers and a separate door for investors
Two audiences, two routes from the first screen. Buyers see villas and the bay. Investors see the timeline, the permit and the return.

The brand, the site and the stand were ready for the fair, two years before the first guest.
